We have also been alerted to incidents (including in Malaysia) involving the misuse of our name and branding, the dissemination of false information, and the creation of fraudulent websites.

These are scams as we do not conduct official business through online platforms or unsolicited chats.

Scammers may also contact you with fraudulent schemes involving fundraising or investment opportunities in projects purportedly linked to 65 Equity Partners or funds which we manage and/or advise.

If you have been approached by any such parties, we strongly encourage you to report the matter to the relevant authorities immediately.

Please exercise caution and diligence when engaging with parties claiming to represent or be associated with 65 Equity Partners.
