Shen Xiang Lim

Nicholas Koh

Nicholas is an Associate at 65 Equity Partners, based in London. He joined 65 Equity Partners from Jefferies, where he was an Investment Banking Associate in the EMEA M&A team focusing primarily on the Healthcare sector.


Nicholas holds a Master of Economics (First Class Honours) from the University of Glasgow.

Zhongyi Hong

Zhongyi is an Investment Principal at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore.


He joined 65 Equity Partners from Temasek, where he was in the Global Agribusiness investment team based in Singapore and subsequently spent a year in the Executive Office as Staff Officer to Temasek’s Deputy CEO, whom he supported in executing various institutional and strategic projects. Prior to that, he was an Investment Banking analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and before that, an M&A analyst at Rabobank International.


Zhongyi has a Bachelor of Accountancy (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University.

Shari Hawke

Shari is Head of Legal at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore.


She joined 65 Equity Partners from Shearman & Sterling, where she advised on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions in both established and emerging markets. Prior to that, she co-founded an offshore international law firm in Singapore, and worked at Allen & Overy and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. She started her career at Clayton Utz in Australia.


Shari holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the Australian National University. Shari is admitted to practice law in England and Wales, Hong Kong, Australia and the British Virgin Islands.
