Jill Lee

Jill Lee is a board member of 65 Equity Partners, and a member of the Investment Committees.


Jill is a Non-executive Director of Schneider Electric SE and PSA International Pte Ltd, and a board member of JTC Corporation. From 2018 to 2022, she was the Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Sulzer Ltd, headquartered in Switzerland.


Jill’s executive career began in Singapore in 1986 with AT&T, Tyco Electronics and Siemens. She went on to build an international career where she spent several years heading CFO functions in China, followed by global strategic positions in Germany and Switzerland. During her two-decade long service in Siemens, Jill’s leadership roles included Group Chief Diversity Officer at its German headquarters, North-east Asia Region CFO based out of China, as well as Country CFO in Singapore. In 2010, Jill joined Neptune Orient Lines in Singapore as the Senior Vice-President, Finance, Strategy and Investments. From 2015 to 2018, she held office at ABB’s Swiss headquarters as its Group Senior Vice-President responsible for the program management of its global transformation initiatives. This was preceded by her role as North-Asia Region CFO of ABB from 2012 to 2014, based out of China.


Jill possesses broad experience as a Non-executive Director on global listed companies. Prior to her current board mandate at Schneider Electric SE where she is the Chair-person of the Audit Committee, Jill was previously a Director and Chair-person of the audit committees of Swiss-listed companies, Sulzer Ltd and medmix Ltd, and Dutch-listed Signify NV.


Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from National University of Singapore and an MBA from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is an advisory board member of Nanyang Business School and a foundation board member of IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Richard Neff

Richard Neff is 65 Equity Partners’ Senior Adviser for North America.


Richard is an experienced services executive accomplished in delivering operating performance across growth, reset and turnaround opportunities and scaling from lower middle market to complex enterprise level platforms, in both private equity and public company environments.


Richard’s professional background spans financial, healthcare and tech-enabled services businesses, with significant global exposure. In an extended GE career, his leadership roles ranged from new product development, such as launching the first private label credit card in Switzerland, to acquiring, running and divesting of large, diversified service organizations in Europe, North America and Southeast Asia.


Richard holds a BA from Rutgers University and an MBA from Columbia University. He has served on multiple service company, bank and association boards and has achieved Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification.

Michel Paris

Michel Paris is 65 Equity Partners’ Senior Adviser for France.


Prior to that he worked in private equity with PAI since 1984, where he was Chief Executive Officer since 2015. He was also Chief Investment Officer of the Firm between 2009 and 2016.


He benefits from almost 30 years of experience with the firm, where he has been involved in a large number of transactions including Sogeres, Bouygues Telecom, Atos, Equant, Elior, Frans Bonhomme, Kiloutou, Nuance, Swissport, Elis, Vivarte, Saur, Coin, Kwik Fit, Cortefiel, Monier, Xella and EMG. He started his career at Valeo where he spent two years.


Michel graduated in engineering from Ecole Centrale Lyon in 1980 and in Business from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Reims in 1982. He is fluent in French and English.

Victor Massiah

Victor Massiah is 65 Equity Partners’ Senior Adviser for Italy.

He is concurrently Board Member of the Accademia Teatro alla Scala and lecturer of Banking Management at Università Cattolica in Milan.


Victor has a longstanding experience in the Italian banking sector having served as CEO & General Manager of UBI Banca between 2007 and 2020. Prior to that he worked for Banca Lombarda as General Manager and Banca Intesa as CEO of Intesa E-Lab and Deputy General Manager. Victor started his career as a consultant at Arthur Andersen and McKinsey & Co.


Victor Massiah holds a degree in International Economics from La Sapienza University of Rome.
