Rick Broughton

Rick Broughton is an Operating Advisor (Technology) with over twenty years of experience in IT strategy, operations, and innovation for global organizations.

At Audax Private Equity, he advised on technology strategy for a portfolio of more than 60 companies, overseeing deployments in ERP, data analytics, CRM, and eCommerce, and advising on acquisition integrations. Rick has held leadership roles at Elevance Health, Flash Global, Circor International, and MKS Instruments, where he unified technology operations and supported business growth. He has managed technology budgets over $100 million, introduced AI and cloud-based solutions, and built effective teams. Rick holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University.

Rick is a member of the International Society for Information Management and a former chairman of the Boston CIO Roundtable

Tiffany Yuan

Tiffany is a Senior Vice President at 65 Equity Partners, based in New York.

She joined 65 Equity Partners from AEA Investors, where she was a Vice President in the flagship middle market private equity fund investing in family and founder-owned businesses across consumer and services verticals. Prior to AEA Investors, she was at Palladium Equity Partners where she invested across industrials, consumer and services companies. Tiffany started her career in the Technology, Media and Telecom group at Guggenheim Securities.

Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Cornell University.

Maria Howe

Maria is an Associate at 65 Equity Partners, based in New York.

She joined 65 Equity Partners from L Catterton, where she focused on evaluating and executing private equity investments across the consumer sector. Prior to L Catterton, Maria was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Healthcare Group at Perella Weinberg Partners.

Maria holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal College of Business.

David Araoz

David Araoz is a Legal Counsel at 65 Equity Partners, based in New York.

He joined 65 Equity Partners from Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, where his practice included advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other private and public companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, carve-out transactions, corporate restructurings and other general corporate matters across a variety of industries.

David holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, summa cum laude, from Fordham University. David is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
