Laura Yang

Laura Yang is a Vice President at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore.


Previously, Laura was an investment professional within Goldman Sach’s private equity team in London, focusing on power, utility and infrastructure investments. Prior to that she worked at CPP Investment Board in London focusing on real asset and infrastructure investments. She started her career within the Investment Banking Division of UBS.


Laura holds a Bachelor in Economics from University of Cambridge. She is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Andrew Lim

Andrew Lim is a board member of 65 Equity Partners, and a member of the Investment Committee.


He is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He has advised clients on numerous market-leading corporate and merger and acquisition transactions. He also advises clients on corporate governance, regulatory and compliance matters. His clients include MNCs, listed and non-listed companies, financial institutions and private equity firms.


Andrew was called to the Singapore Bar in 1986. He was an Associate with the Firm in 1988/89 before spending time as an investment banker. He rejoined the Firm in 1993 as a Partner.


Andrew serves as a Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the National University of Singapore and as a board member of Sentosa Development Corporation. He is a Director of Jurong Engineering Limited, Constellar Holdings Pte. Ltd., PIL Pte. Ltd, EDBI Pte. Ltd. and Weybourne Holdings Pte. Ltd. He is also a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors, a member of the Legal Service Commission, and a member of the National University of Singapore Law Advisory Council.


Andrew is consistently recognised for his leading expertise in various publications including Chambers Global, Chambers Asia-Pacific, IFLR1000, The Legal 500 Asia Pacific, Best Lawyers and Who’s Who Legal.

Jill Lee

Jill Lee is a board member of 65 Equity Partners, and a member of the Investment Committee.


Jill is a Non-executive Director of Schneider Electric SE and PSA International Pte Ltd, and a board member of JTC Corporation. From 2018 to 2022, she was the Group Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee of Sulzer Ltd, headquartered in Switzerland.


Jill’s executive career began in Singapore in 1986 with AT&T, Tyco Electronics and Siemens. She went on to build an international career where she spent several years heading CFO functions in China, followed by global strategic positions in Germany and Switzerland. During her two-decade long service in Siemens, Jill’s leadership roles included Group Chief Diversity Officer at its German headquarters, North-east Asia Region CFO based out of China, as well as Country CFO in Singapore. In 2010, Jill joined Neptune Orient Lines in Singapore as the Senior Vice-President, Finance, Strategy and Investments. From 2015 to 2018, she held office at ABB’s Swiss headquarters as its Group Senior Vice-President responsible for the program management of its global transformation initiatives. This was preceded by her role as North-Asia Region CFO of ABB from 2012 to 2014, based out of China.


Jill possesses broad experience as a Non-executive Director on global listed companies. Prior to her current board mandate at Schneider Electric SE where she is the Chair-person of the Audit Committee, Jill was previously a Director and Chair-person of the audit committees of Swiss-listed companies, Sulzer Ltd and medmix Ltd, and Dutch-listed Signify NV.


Jill holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Business Administration from National University of Singapore and an MBA from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is an advisory board member of Nanyang Business School and a foundation board member of IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Katherine Lin

Katherine is an Analyst at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore.


She joined 65 Equity Partners from HSBC Hong Kong, where she was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged and Acquisition Finance team. There, she advised and worked with sponsor clients on Leveraged Buyout transactions across Asia Pacific.


Katherine holds a Master in Financial Analysis from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Corporate Finance) (Highest Distinction) from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
