Adrienne Teh

Adrienne is Managing Director at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore.


She joined 65 Equity Partners from Temasek where she has been since 2015. She was part of the Consumer team, focusing on investments in Consumer Products and Services globally. Adrienne had primary responsibility for leading the transformation and value creation of Olam International Holdings into a food ingredients company.


She is also a Board member of Boardroom, Shopback, Carsome and Board observer of Heliconia Capital Management. Adrienne was previously Limited Partner Advisory Committee and Board observer of various consumer and consumer tech related funds and companies.


Prior to that, Adrienne was at CIMB Group for over 9 years covering the M&A, divestment, restructuring and expansion activities of the group.


Adrienne has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Toby Tan

Toby is an Associate at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore.


He joined 65 Equity Partners from Goldman Sachs, where he was an Analyst in the Southeast Asia Investment Banking Division.


Toby has a Bachelor of Business Administration (Accountancy) (Highest Distinction Honours) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Economics) from the National University of Singapore.

Wei Hao Ng

Wei Hao is the Finance Manager at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore.


He joined 65 Equity Partners from Affinity Equity Partners, where he was handling the accounting for one of its largest funds. Prior to that, he worked at Partners Group AG and UBS AG. Wei Hao is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA). He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.


Wei Hao has a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Management, from Singapore Management University.

Kon Moltchanski

Kon is a Principal, Investment and Portfolio Risk at 65 Equity Partners, based in Singapore.


He joined 65 Equity Partners from Temasek where he was part of the Investment Review team evaluating investments across a range of sectors and markets. Prior to that, Kon had M&A and investment roles at Telstra and Transfield Holdings, covering a range of sectors including TMT, Real Estate and Infrastructure. He started his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in Australia.


Kon holds a Bachelor of Commerce with First Class Honours (Finance) from the University of New South Wales.
