Francis Woo

Francis is Chief Corporate Officer / Managing Director at 65 Equity Partners, focused on investing in Asia and overseeing the corporate functions of the firm.


Francis joined 65 Equity Partners from global asset manager, Eastspring Investments, where he was Chief Financial Officer and a Board Director. He was, concurrently, a Senior Advisor to TPG and an appointed board director to an investment. Prior to Eastspring, Francis was Managing Director at TPG, where he focused on private equity investments in Southeast Asia, and was Chief Financial Officer for Asia overseeing the firm’s profitability and investment performance. Francis spent over 11 years in investment banking in New York and Singapore, having last worked at Credit Suisse as Co-Head of Corporate Finance for Southeast Asia.


Francis holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a BBA from the University of Michigan.

Hsin Yue Yong

Hsin Yue Yong is a board member of 65 Equity Partners and a member of the Nomination & Remuneration and Investment Committees.


She is currently the Managing Director of Kuok (Singapore) Limited. She is also an Independent Non-executive Director of Singapore Telecommunications Limited


Prior to that, Hsin was the General Manager of Special Projects for Wilmar International, a listed agribusiness company, and Head of Investment Banking Division for Southeast Asia at Goldman Sachs where she spent almost 20 years.


Hsin is a Council member of the Singapore Business Federation.

Kok Song Ng

Kok Song Ng is a board member of 65 Equity Partners and a member of the Audit & Risk, Nomination & Remuneration and Investment Committees.  


Kok Song is co-founder and Chairman of Avanda Investment Management. Before that, he was Chief Investment Officer of GIC, where he completed a 42-year career in the investment of Singapore’s foreign reserves and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal. Kok Song serves on PIMCO’s Global Advisory Board and on the board of governors of the Asia School of Business in Malaysia.


He was Founding Chairman of the Singapore International Monetary Exchange (SIMEX) which is now the derivatives arm of SGX. He is Chairman Emeritus of the Wealth Management Institute.  The CFA institute conferred on him the Thomas L Hansberger Award for Leadership in the global investment profession. He also served on the Strategic Committee of Agency France Tresor and was conferred the award of “La Croix de Chevalier de la Legion d’Honneur” and “Officer de l’ordre National du Merite”

Aik Meng Eng

Aik Meng has over 30 years of global business and operating experience in the healthcare and maritime industries, including a proven track record in private equity investments. He is currently Joint Head of Portfolio Development Group and Head of Operating Group at Temasek International (Pte) Ltd. Aik Meng is also a board member of 65 Equity Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings which focuses on investing in established family-owned and entrepreneur-led businesses, as well as Singapore-listed SATS Ltd. Aik Meng also serves on the board of Seatrium as Non-Executive/Non-Independent Director and chairs the Board of True Light ( Shanghai ) Private Equity Fund Management Co Ltd. He was previously a Senior Advisor with TPG Capital.

Prior to joining Temasek, Aik Meng was co-founder of TE Asia Healthcare Partners, a company largely funded by TPG Capital to spearhead specialty healthcare investments in Asia, and Group CEO of TE Healthcare Advisory Pte Ltd. He successfully grew the business and exited it in 2024. Before joining the healthcare industry, he spent 18 years with Neptune Orient Lines in various leadership roles.

Aik Meng holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.
